Christina “Chris” Gonzales Molinar, 49, of Andrews passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 in Andrews.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at 10:00 AM Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 201 NE Avenue K in Andrews with Rev. Juan Fernando Bonilla-Sanchez officiating. Rosary services will be recited at 7:00 PM Wednesday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Andrews North Cemetery. Christina was born on October 21, 1967 in Andrews to Jesse Gonzales and Odeila Cornejo Gonzales. She was raised in Andrews and graduated from Andrews High School. She had received her medical assistant certificate. She had worked at Kirby West in Andrews and was a homemaker. She loved playing yahoo, dominoes, going to the casinos, but most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren and watching them play sports. She married Victor Manuel Molinar, Sr. on May 15, 2008 in Andrews. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Andrews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, and 1 sister.
Christina is survived by her husband, Victor Molinar of Andrews, 3 daughters, Isabel Molinar and Nick Ornelas of Andrews, Ammie Molinar of Lamesa, and Angelica Molinar of Lamesa, 2 sons, Mikey Gonzales of Andrews and Victor Molinar, Jr. of Lamesa, and 7 grandchildren.
