Nancy Elizabeth McKinney, 66, of Andrews passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in Andrews.

Nancy was born on February 24, 1950 in El Campo, Texas to Andrew Xavier and Dorothy Capehart Billips. She worked in insurance as an adjuster and as a secretary. She loved traveling, liked all types of social events and dressing up for events. Nancy was a person that loved anything that was associated with having fun. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Joshua McKinney and a brother Bob Billips.

Survivors include a daughter Tamara Hembree of Temple, Texas; a sister Beverly and husband Bill Parnell of Andrews; four grandchildren, Andi Hembree, Rylie Hembree, Cooper Humbree and Sidney McKinney.
